Needs better management

Customer service is very poor, packaging of product is poor and the wait time for the product is equally poor. The products are 6/10 quality and also needs an upgrade! This company is only interested in taking your money. As a consumer looking for a product to invest in I don’t care abt owner being sick and all the other stories you av I place an order over a month ago with no tracking info or updates for a long period of time I really don’t want to hear excuses.
