Domestic Shipping
Shipping is from Monday-Thursday. All orders will be completed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.
Orders will be sent to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please Refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number.
Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.
International Shipping
International shipping usually takes between 7-15 days depending on customs, CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CUSTOMS DECLARATION NUMBER ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SENDER IS NOT RESPONSABLE AND IS UNABLE TO TRACK ANY INTERNATIONAL ITEM ONCE SHIPPED. CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CUSTOMS TO LOCATE PACKAGE. IF CUSTOMS REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE IT MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER. YOU CAN CALL THE INTERNATONAL INQUIRY CENTER AT 800-222-1811 FOR TRACKING INFO.

Holistic Skin Care Policy
PLEASE BE ADVISED! If you order any of our holistic skincare products, keep track with the tracking number provided as products may melt if left in mail box or at the front door in warm temperatures.
WE ARE NOT responsible for any melted products. YOU are responsible for reshipping of replaced product. THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR SWITCH OUT OF PRODUCTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Damaged Items
Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 7 days
Missing Items
Customer have five days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after five days will not be retrievable

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Skincare Returns & Refunds
There is no exchange on skincare items. Any items return due to incorrect shipping address, unclaimed or refuse, is subject to a 15% restocking fee (shipping fee is non-refundable)
Online Clothing Return Policy
THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON RETURNED JAH’NETS CLOSET ITEMS, ONLY STORE CREDIT.
Returned items will be minus 15% and shipping & handling fee, then store credited will apply.
EX: [Product Cost – 15% – Shipping Fee = Store Credit]
Items purchased from JAH’NETS CLOSET are eligible for store credit or exchange within 5 days of receiving. A valid RMA # is required for items to be returned.
SALE are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.
JAH’NETS CLOSET does not provide refunds for any purchase. Returns
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. (Including delivery day)
A Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required to return your merchandise by mail. (Any items shipped without a confirmation or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited)
The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.
If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
Returns are processed within two weeks of the packaged invoice.
Customizable Orders
Customer must provide an image or example of the garment to be constructed along with measurements and fabric or request to have designer locate similar fabric. This requires a $75 deposit that covers the purchase of material and travel expenses. The remaining balance will be placed towards the original agreed balance
Construction will begin once customers satisfaction has been met and total has been paid in full. This usually takes about 1-2 weeks depending on style and available fabric.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders will be open then closed within a stated time depending on product volume. Garments will then begin construction. Shipping usually begins within 1-2 weeks of purchased weeks or less depending on volume. Once shipped most domestic orders will arrive within a week.
Privacy Policy
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – LuLu’s Holistics Skincare LLC
Our store is hosted on LuLu’s Holistics Skincare LLC Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through LuLu’s Holistics Skincare LLC’s data storage, databases and the general LuLu’s Holistics Skincare LLC application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then LuLu’s Holistics Skincare LLC stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
