How to Use

Bring 4–6 cups of water to a boil, then carefully remove it from the heat. Add one packet or a generous scoop of the herbal blend and steep for 5 minutes. Pour the infused water into a heat-safe basin or steaming seat. Allow the steam to rise comfortably without getting too close to the hot water, and stop immediately if you feel discomfort or excessive heat. Enjoy for 20–30 minutes, once or twice a month or as desired.

For external steam use only. Do not drink or insert the herbs. Steam and hot water can cause burns, so use a stable heat-safe container and maintain a comfortable distance. Do not use during pregnancy, menstruation, or with an active infection. Steep 1 packet or scoop in 4–6 cups of boiled water for 5 minutes. Pour into a safe sit-z basin or secure bowl. Sit or squat at a safe, comfortable distance to avoid burns. Drape a blanket around your waist to capture the steam. Relax for 20–30 minutes. Do not use during pregnancy, menstruation, or active infections. External use only.
