My overall experience is I ordered 2 bottles which leaked out. I was only credited for 1 after going through filing a claim so the process was long. I gave LULU'S another try afte having a terrible first experience where I was constantly being ignored by support. The situation never remedied! Very UNFAIR. The product is a typical hair oil like any other. When it comes to the company actually fixing issues FAIRLY, don't hope for much!
