At first I was having trouble with the pump. I noticed that product was built up on the top part. I removed straw and rinsed out the pump. After I did that it worked just fine. I love how I feel the tingle but it doesn’t burn or irritate my skin. It also cleanses without stripping my face of all the moisture.
