I wish I could share a photo, I ordered a 19oz and when opened it was almost at the bottom. I’m not expecting the tub to be filled to the very top but it looked as if some was missing.

We’re so sorry to see that your body butter arrived melted. Please note that our body butters are never sent half full — they are whipped and filled completely before shipping. During warmer weather, our body butters can melt in transit, especially if packages are left in mailboxes or exposed to heat.

We do include cold packs with body butter orders to help reduce melting; however, because our products are all natural and free from chemicals or preservatives, melting can still occur in hot conditions. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
