This far I’ve had a good experience with the hair oil. The smell is GREAT. I love a good coconut smell. It’s light yet fragrant. As far as helping with the hair growth, it hasn’t been long enough for me to completely determine that however I DO believe it is helping, specifically my edges.

Never received my products and Told no refund.

I emailed the company that my package never even coming close to my address. Clearly from the shop app they use to track your package. They told me my address was wrong . How you going to tell me my address is wrong !!! I LIVE THERE!!!! So my package was sent back to them by who idk. They informed my I would have to pay shipping AGAIN and 20% of the order THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. These people think people have money to throw away smfh. So then they tell me they don’t refund per there policy. I sent a screenshot of their policy it says nothing about not issuing a refund it says no exchange… so basically they have their products and my money .. talk about some good customer service!!!
