You guys never sent me my facial pill neither did I ever get my soap. I have been asking for a refund all year. Can you guys please send me my money every time you guys text me you guys say that you have deliveries going out today in my order and you can drop it off personally at this point I’m going to have to take legal action

Amazing soap and I always purchase every chance it’s available, however there is less and less turmeric being used now. My bars are a pale yellow. I’ve been using this soap for about seven or more years. The bars before used to remove my dark spots in no time. Please bring back the old recipe and consistency.

I love lulus however I’m not happy with my last service. I made an order on cyber Monday and I totally understand that the owner was sick and wasn’t able to have my shipment sent out on time. I was willing to wait. About a month later they gave me a refund for the body butter because they didn’t have bottles or something of that sort but they shipped the other items. I told them I don’t want the refund and I don’t mind waiting until they get the tubs . At the same time I saw the same body butters available online so I’m asking why is it I can’t get my body butter? I asked since they refunded me, can I reorder and get the same deal? But was said no. I am not happy with the service anymore
